About this Event

Three courses over three days with award winning Chef Mike Spackman. A smorgasbord of choices including minestrone soup and Indian chickpea and vegetable soup. We then move onto chilli con veggie, butter-nut squash and sage risotto and chicken in a red sweet pepper sauce, before we end the week with the old favourite- sticky toffee pudding, best ever tropical fruit salad and crema catalana.
