Yes, there is FREE parking (you will then need to allow approx 5 minutes to walk to the event from the car park)

Yes, there is a toilet at the event but this is not wheelchair accessible. There are also toilets at the locals pubs and at the car park.

How do I cancel my tickets?

Cancel or delete free orders to your event by going to “Orders” (under "Manage Attendees"). Find the order you want to cancel and click "Actions". Then choose to cancel or delete the order. If you're an attendee, you can cancel your free order by going to "Tickets" in your Eventbrite account.

Do I need to book on?

For some activities, yes! There may be spaces on the day but to guarantee a place, we do advise you book in advance. You do not need to book on to come along and see what's happening on the day.

We advise to wear light clothing / gym wear and old trainers. There are no changing rooms, but there is a toilet for if you need to change.
