Culture24’s Let’s Get Real conference focuses on how museums, galleries and heritage sites can improve their cultural retail offer online.
Held at the Whitworth in Manchester on 27 October, Let's Get Real will bring together experts and entrepreneurs from organisations like the V&A, the School of Life and 64 Million Artists to help arts and heritage organisations get better at recognising, articulating and generating value from online cultural retail, using their brand values to inform new product development and marketing positioning.
At Let's Get Real, retailers from Bristol Culture and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image will share case studies like this about redeveloping their online shops, while our unique Crit Room will offer professional advice live on stage from industry experts from Facebook and Pottermore.
We’re also planning the most colourful after-conference party ever, with the chance to play artist Tine Bech's Rainbow Makers light-up treasure hunt as part of our Museums at Night festival!
