Is this workshop suitable for children?

The workshop is aimed at adults wanting to learn machine sewing, but if you have a young person over the age of 12 they are welcome to come alongside an adult booking.

Do I need to bring my own machine?

No, we work on the machines we have in the workshop.

Can you park near by?

Parking is limited to 1 hour on the Gloucester but there are no restrictions on the surrounding streets. The shop is also easily accessible by bus and by train from Redland or Montpelier train stations.

The perfect beginners sewing workshop!

The session is divided into two halves starting at the very beginning. Learn how to thread a sewing machine, wind a bobbin and build confidence with control.

We will then move onto learning different techniques and then working on small samples to build your skills and confidence on a sewing machine.

This is a fun workshop that covers all you need to know to start your machine sewing journey!

Refunds are given on any cancellations made 7 days before the start of a course less the 10% booking fee. After that we can only give a refund if the place is resold.
