The event is for those with some familiarity of games as an industry / design practice & are curious about becoming an independent studio (as a team or solo). You might be an industry professional, between roles, freelance, a uni graduate, working in a different field & looking to move across.

Is this event suitable for children or teenagers

Accepted Answer

This event is not targeted at teenagers or younger children. If there are young people in your life curious about getting into games as a career then we recommend you look out for the Interactive Futures event in Warwickshirelater in the year.

Question 3

I don't have childcare, can I bring young children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Whilst this event is not aimed at young audiences no content will be unsuitable. Please notify us of any young children who will attend with you when you book and if they will require a seat so we can include them in the event's capacity.

Question 4

Will this event provide arrangements for accessibility?

Accepted Answer

The venue is wheelchair accessible. Backed seating will be available. There will be a quiet room available away from the talks. If you require other arrangements please notify us in your ticket purchase (e.g. companion seating, CART or BSL services, seating towards the front, etc.) or get in touch.

Food and refreshments will be provided at 5:30pm. Please notify us of dietary requirements when booking.

I'm travelling by train or bus

Leamington Spa train station is a 10min walk from the venue. For those arriving by bus then the 'Parish Church' stops at the bottom of the parade are a 5 min walk to the venue.

I am travelling by car, where can I park?
