Overview

Two interactive workshops to help you understand and learn how to create a climate action plan and embed sustainability into your school.

Climate Action Plan Workshop

The DfE Climate Strategy is asking all educational settings to have a Sustainability Lead and Climate Action Plan in place by 2025.

Let’s Go Zero are providing free support to nurseries, schools and colleges to help them on their sustainability journeys.

Welwyn Hatfield Council have net zero targets as an organisation and as a borough and are coordinating workshops for educational setting across all of Hertfordshire to help Let’s Go Zero deliver their objectives.

To secure your spot and ensure you receive the follow up emails with supporting guidance material, please register for both workshops.

Workshop 2: Developing Your Climate Action Plan, where we’ll build on the discussions from the first session.

What to Expect

This session will be spent discussing actions across the range of areas (Decarb, waste, adaptation & Resilience etc) and drafting Climate Action Plans, so by the end of the session you will have a draft in place to be able to take away and finalise with colleagues.
