Join us for an interactive workshop to help build your knowledge on design thinking and gain skills to help innovate and design new service experiences.
The workshop will be run by the amazing Iria Iopez, a service designer / innovation strategist with international experience, who is helping brands & product owners innovate and design new service experiences.
During the workshop you will be introduced to service design, have a chance to taste some practical design thinking tools & work collaboratively on problems we'll pick together.
7pm – 7.15pm : Intro to service design / innovation design steps and tools.
7.15 – 8pm : Interactive workshop to define your problem/challenge & learn the tools to help you to re-think your problem or to solve the problem.
8pm – Mingling and wine!
About Iria Lopez:
Iria is an experienced independent innovation strategist / service designer, with +15 years of work experience. Initially trained as psychologist in the late 90s, she started her career in customer research and marketing, until she moved into innovation and design in 2005.
She has worked for large consultancies, Innovation Labs and corporations. She has worked for the public sector, third sector and private sector. Some of her most recent clients include: Telefonica, Method, EDF, Fjord-Accenture Interactive, Digital Ventures – Boston Consulting Group, UK Design Council, fuelfuor (service design specialised in health care), IDE (international social enterprise specialised in sanitation), Skills Funding Agency (UK Department of Education – Government).
She has recently took part in Global Service Jam London, mentoring participants to help them ideate, problem solve and present their ideas - all in 48 hours!
