🧠✨ Self-Regulation & Executive Function in the Early Years – with Ruth Swailes

What do planning, problem-solving, and behaviour regulation have in common? They’re all part of executive functioning – a vital set of skills that shape children’s learning and life outcomes.

With Ofsted and the DfE shining a spotlight on these areas, join Ruth Swailes for a practical, research-informed session exploring:

✅ What self-regulation and executive function really mean
✅ How these skills develop from birth to adulthood
✅ Key milestones to watch for
✅ Strategies you can use right now to support children’s development
