Join us for 30 minute guided meditations and visualisations at Inner Space.
From 6.30pm – 7pm let’s meditate on…

Tuesday 16 May: The Mind Room
Wednesday 17 May: Walking in the Woods
Thursday 18 May: Sailing into Calmness
The meditation will start on time. Doors close at 6.30pm, so please arrive by 6.25pm.
