CRC Village Hall : Let's Talk About - AI in Financial Services
On the 3rd of December the CRC will be hosting another edition of our (in-person only) Village Hall series to discuss a particularly important topic - AI in Financial Services. The panel is expected to last an hour, this will be followed by 45 minutes of discussion, with a networking reception to end the evening.
This engaging event will open with insights from a panel of experts.

The panel will be moderated by Professor Galina Andreeva, Director of Credit Research Centre, Joint Head of Management Science & Business Economics, Personal Chair of Societal Aspects of Credit and Head of MSBE Group at the University of Edinburgh Business School.
We’ll delve into the benefits, potential applications, challenges, and risks of intergrating AI solutions into financial services. Attendees are encouraged to actively participate in an open and candid discussion. To foster a relaxed atmosphere and ensure everyone feels free to ask questions and share their thoughts, the sessions will not be recorded and online attendance will not be available.
Following the discussion drinks and refreshments will be served, providing an excellent opportunity for networking and intimate debates.
This is your chance to engage with the CRC community and contribute to the debate on the how financial services can incorporate AI effectively and ethically.
