Apprenticeships can be used to upskill and bring new talent in to your business.
Apprenticeships are open to anyone, of any age, from entry level through to degree and master’s level.
The Government funds all training costs for 16, 17 and 18 year olds and 95% of the training costs for 19 - 65 year olds.
I support with the entire process including researching and finding the right apprenticeship. I will talk to approved training providers and introduce you to discuss the apprenticeships with them.
I will support your application for the government grant where eligible and the funding that is available. I can also advise the best approach to sourcing suitable candidates.
