Let's Talk About... Body Image

Concerns about the way our bodies look has long been a difficult part of adolescence, with around '2/3rds of under 18s stating that they feel negatively about their bodies'. With competing messages from the media, peers, social media and family and friends, how can we develop positive self-confidence and body image within our young people, and foster an atmosphere where they can thrive in healthy ways?
