Let's talk about Cholesterol

This talk is provided as part of the long-term conditions outreach programme, by Croydon BME Forum and Asian Resource Centre for Croydon, commissioned by South West London CCG.

It aims to raise awareness of risk factors associated with long-term conditions and provide health information around prevention of high cholesterol and also for those who already have high cholesterol how to lower the levels. Opportunity to ask questions with a healthcare professional on cholesterol.
