Let's Talk About... Self Harm

With '1 in 4 17-year olds stating that they have self-harmed in the last year', we'll be exploring some of the reasons, myths and circumstances that can surround self-harm, and thinking about how to have helpful conversations with the young people in our lives about this often unspoken topic, whether for the first or the 100th time. We'll be bringing the latest research and hope to the conversation, drawing on over 10 years experience of supporting young people who have experienced self-harming.
