Come along and join us for this free, informative session on trauma.

Lets Talk About Trauma is a two-hour session that is aimed at empowering women through education, connection and discussion.

You will learn about what trauma is, its causes and effects and how you can begin to heal from it.

This event is suitable for those who:

- Identify as a woman

- Want to learn about the basics of trauma for themselves or for their loved ones

- Wish to engage in conversation about their own experiences of trauma and healing

- Would like to learn about tools and practices for trauma healing

- Are keen on empowering themselves through education about the causes and effects of trauma

- Would like to be part of a supportive, accepting community

- Are interested in ongoing groups that allow for self-exploration and support

This event includes a mix of learning, engagement and discussion.
