LETS TALK - BLACK WOMEN

A safe and confidential therapeutic space for black women to discuss, share and explore topics and experiences on mental health and wellbeing. The space is supported by qualified and experienced therapists.

Topics & themes are based on current issues and suggestions put forward by participants.

New topics weekly.

Time: 8pm - 10pm

Open Therapeutic Discussion: 8pm - 8:45pm

Theme Discussion: 8:45pm - 10pm
