In the fouth session of our ‘Let’s Talk – Conversations’ series, a new panel of female leaders will lead discussions on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
Set in a dialogue format, the moderator will invite attendees to reflect on diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as discuss their perspectives and experiences together with a panel of three women leaders from international companies in Düsseldorf.
This discussion will be moderated by our own Carla Pittaluga and lead by Nadine Wiegratz (Employer Branding Lead at StepStone GmbH), Laureen Roesch-Ahrens (Diversity & Inclusion at trivago) and Alison Benjatschek (Talent Acquisition Manager at Uniper SE)

Nadine Wiegratz (Employer Branding Lead at StepStone GmbH)
Nadine is a passionate and experienced Employer Branding Lead with an international background and strong people focus. She is a solution-oriented professional with comprehensive experience in leading all aspects of

Nadine thrives managing, mentoring, and motivating cross-functional (international) teams to jointly achieve corporate objectives and has regularly received feedback being described as a team player, persuasive communicator, and skilled at building valuable partnerships at all levels.
Laureen Roesch-Ahrens (Diversity & Inclusion at trivago)
Laureen, originally from France, started her working career in Düsseldorf after completing her studies in France and Ireland. She is currently responsible for Diversity & Inclusion at trivago and has been working at the company since 2006, holding positions in international business development and talent development before her current role.
Alison Benjatschek (Talent Acquisition Manager at Uniper SE)
Alison brings extensive work experience in various part-time and full-time Human Resources roles in the Financial Services, B2B and Energy sectors. Her skills lie in the areas of recruiting, rewards, expatriate management and talent development and she has also managed a small HR team in the past.
Alison holds dual nationality (British/German), has lived in Germany since 1987, is married and has a son who is 22 years old.
She is passionate about identifying and developing underrepresented (diverse) talent and is a founder member of the Parents and Carers Network at Uniper.
