About this event

Helen Keller once said ‘Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much’. This is the premise of Let’s Talk Health.

Let’s Talk Health is a monthly online health support programme where you'll join a community of like-minded others. It's a space which allows you to learn about nutrition and stress management in a non-threatening and practical way. That means that it's safe to ask questions and that you can actually apply the information that you learn in really simple ways.

You’ll also have the opportunity to talk about health and share experiences in a non-judgemental environment. This is all intended to help you implement and maintain your health goals, but also to help you turn your health issues around.

One of the most effective ways that I’ve seen people achieve their health goals is to have accountability and regular support. Let’s Talk Health does that.

This is an introductory session to give you insight into how the regular sessions are run. In a nutshell this is what you’ll receive from attending the monthly Let’s Talk Health Sessions:

✅ 1 ½ hour Zoom session with a simple educational (1 hour) followed by 30 minutes Q&A.

✅ Educational session topics range from; nutrition for health, reducing stress, improving sleep, reducing tiredness and fatigue, energy support, digestive health, ageing well, addressing stubborn weight gain, headaches, supporting mood fluctuations, implementing healthy habits and applying self-care.

✅ Support from me; a BSc qualified Nutritionist and Stress Management Trainer and other industry Health Professionals.

✅ A structured environment for goal setting and accountability and an opportunity for you to gain confidence, achieve your goals and celebrate your health.

✅ Members-only exciting support challenges to keep you motivated and on track (optional).

✅ A friendly supportive environment in which to share, enjoy and learn.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have a specific health issue to work on.

No you don't. You may simply be interested in finding out how nutrition and stress management can help you in general and that's okay.

Will I have to attend all of the sessions?

No, you don't have to attend all the sessions. However, Let's Talk Health is a monthly membership. It's done this way so that our members have the opportunity to really get to know each other and feel more comfortable sharing. It also strengthens the support structure and safe environment.

Can I test it out to see if I like it?

Yes, that's what these introductory sessions are all about. You can also follow up by asking me any questions that you may have.

Do I have to join at a specific time of the year?

No. You can join the membership at any time and cancel your membership at any time.
