In this session, we explore the trajectory of male physical and mental well-being, including the phenomenon of andropause, often referred to as male menopause. As the saying goes, “Men are from Mars and women are from Venus,” highlighting the unique differences in how men and women experience and approach health and wellness.

Throughout a man’s life, both his physical and mental health evolve, influenced by various factors such as lifestyle choices, genetics, and life stages.

We’ll delve into these factors, focusing on how they impact men’s overall health and well-being.
