Let's Talk Period, Menstrual Health Drop In
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming menstrual health information session — part of the Women’s Health Plan priority to improve access to information and support for girls and women. Whether you’re curious about what’s normal, managing heavy periods, or need to implement some self care while you wait on a gynaecology waiting list, we’re here to help you explore your options.
Drop in for a chat, grab a tea or coffee, and browse helpful resources including leaflets and table-top visuals. We’ll be signposting to trusted online tools like NHS Inform and the Period Symptom Checker, and info on free period products and peer support groups. We'll have some free period products for you to take home.
This is a safe space to talk about menstrual health — from endometriosis and PCOS to heavy bleeding and pelvic pain. No medical advice is given, but we’ll guide you to quality-assured information and support.
Support is available for anyone with menstrual health needs — including trans men, non-binary people, and gender-diverse individuals.
