The first multigenerational People Of Colour guest panel and audience conversation, short film premiere ‘Harvey’ & Caribbean Food by Carlton

Project Harvey 2026, Melanin & Union Chapel, present their first social & cultural afternoon collaboration. The projects continued aim is to raise awarness of lonliness and isolation in the older LGBT+ people of colour community through the arts and creativity. The Let's Talk Queerness event was born out of discussions within the Melanin Vybz monthly meetup group. The conversations aim is to infom and enlighten the multigenerational panel, audience, elder and younger generations of LGBT+ community of past, present and future lifestyles and challenges facing the community.

Short Film Premiere- Harvey aka Octavia Edenbridge

A short film about Harvey’s reflection of when he was a night club host and drag queen in a1970’s London gay scene.

Caribbean food & Drink

Two traditional soups, red peas and vegetable, accompanied with hard food. Free red and white wine also rum punch will be available.
