About this Event
Why not come along and walk, get active, make new friends on one of our walk leader led walks . All you need to do is book in on this free walking session.
This is a varied walk where we will follow the River Tone to Ruishton and thereafter, to Creech St Michael. From there, we will join the towpath to the Chard Arm and return to Bathpool.
Participants should meet at 10am at the canal side car park at the end of Dyers Lane, TA2 8BZ.

This relatively level walk is just under 4.5 miles & we expect to be back at Bathpool between 12:30pm - 1:00pm
Please be advised that the walk is not suitable for wheelchair users.
There are no toilet facilities.

Please book one time slot per person. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. These sessions are designed for adults and for children from seven years old upwards as an introduction to walking and are easy grade along our amazing towpaths. Learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways .
Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite. This event is free for all participants who attend on the day. However, if you have booked on, subsequently fail to cancel and simply don’t show up on the day, you are liable to be invoiced for the standard £10.00 administration fee, chargeable for each ticket booked.
Therefore, if your circumstances do suddenly change and you find you are no longer able to attend, please cancel via the Eventbrite ticket booking system using the link that you can find on your ticket. This can be found at the bottom of your ticket and has a link directly to “cancel my ticket”.
We ask for your co-operation in this matter. This will allow others who would otherwise have regrettably missed out due to lack of space, the opportunity to attend this event.
