About this Event
Why not come along and walk, get active, make new friends on one of our moderate difficulty walk leader led walks . All you need to do is book in on this free walking session. We meet outside The Boat Yard Tea Room Cafe in Pontymoile Basin (Post Code NP4 8ER). We will walk around 6/7 miles, starting North and returning through the park via a more foot friendly alternative to the roman road, there are some fairly challenging gradient and absolutely lovely views. Please come with hiking footwear, anyone not suitably shod will be advised not to accompany the walk for their own safety.

Please book one time slot per person and make a note of your date and booking time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the walk begins. This walks is designed for folk who already enjoy walking and is a reasonably paced, moderate grade taking in the best of our amazing county. Learn a bit of history and see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways. We meet outside The Boatyard Tearoom.
Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite. This event is free for all participants who attend on the day. However, if you have booked on, subsequently fail to cancel and simply don’t show up on the day, you are liable to be invoiced for the standard £10.00 administration fee, chargeable for each ticket booked.
Therefore, if your circumstances do suddenly change and you find you are no longer able to attend, please cancel via the Eventbrite ticket booking system using the link that you can find on your ticket. This can be found at the bottom of your ticket and has a link directly to “cancel my ticket”.
We ask for your co-operation in this matter. This will allow others who would otherwise have regrettably missed out due to lack of space, the opportunity to attend this event.
