Who is this class for?

This class is for anyone wanting to experience the benefits of yoga using seated postures. Whether you have experience of yoga already or are coming for the first time, all are welcome to this class.

What should I wear?

Wear something that allows your body to move and which you are comfortable in.

Is there parking available?

There are public car parks available nearby, including the Quays multi-storey and Southgate Moorings.

Is there step-free access?

Yes, the boat is fitted with a ramp and a stairlift.

Are there toilet facilities on site?

Yes, there is an accessible toilet on board the boat and further facilities in the main museum.

Do I need to bring anything?

All equipment is provided but we recommend you bring a bottle of water and, if you wish, and extra cushion and blanket.

What is the boat like?

A comfortably refurbished boat of moderate size which is permanently stationed outside the National Waterways Museum. Movement of the boat is minimal and only noticeable in strong winds.
