Held on our barge Sabrina 5 and led by Bluemoon Yoga, this class aims to improve your well-being, emotional balance, and mindfulness skills. Find a sense of inner peace and clarity.

'Let's Yoga' is more than a yoga session—it's a warm and welcoming community coming together to celebrate health, harmony, and wellbeing. Be a part of 'Let's Yoga' and step towards a healthier, happier, more connected you.

This event is supported by Sport England and is free to attend. Places are limted so if you can no longer attend please cancel your booking to make your space available to others.

Equipment is provided but we suggest you bring a blanket, some water and wear comfortable clothing.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Who is this class for?

This class is for anyone wanting to experience the benefits of yoga. Whether you have experience of yoga already or are coming for the first time, all are welcome to this class.

What should I wear?

Wear something that allows your body to move and which you are comfortable in.

Is there parking available?

There are public car parks available nearby, including the Quays multi-storey and Southgate Moorings.

Is there step-free access?

Yes, the boat is fitted with a ramp and a stairlift.

Are there toilet facilities on site?

Yes, there is an accessible toilet on board the boat and further facilities in the main museum.

Do I need to bring anything?

All equipment is provided but we recommend you bring a bottle of water and a blanket.

What is the boat like?

A comfortably refurbished boat of moderate size which is permanently stationed outside the National Waterways Museum. Movement of the boat is minimal and only noticeable in strong winds.
