Letting Agents training for inspections, inventories and check in/out
Thu 25 May 2017, 09:00 – 12:30 BST
As a business owner of a lettings company you want to provide your clients with the best service possible and have your landlords becoming your biggest fans, raving about how great you are and making more landlords flock to your door.
In an ideal world this would be amazing but it can be frustrating sometimes when your team dont do things to the standard that you would do them.
You may really want to give them some great training but if you do it yourself it can take huge chunks of your time or cost a fortune and could also take them out of your business for the full day.
So i have devised a traing programme that can get your team up to standard in just half day chunks and at a very affordable cost.
Being a small buisiness owner myself i can undersand the frustrations when a check out hasnt been completed to the highest standard or an inspection just isnt up to scratch, and i knew that i needed to spend the extra time on my team to make them more highly skilled.
So i took my time to sit down and evaluate just how the team needed to be trained in order to avoided mistakes, and to provide the most thourough paperwork possible that my landlords would love and that would be the best evidence that we could provide should it come to the point of a tenancy deposit dispute.
Since providing this training to all of my team we have seen the number of clients increase, the number of disputes go down and if we do have a dispute we have won over 96% of cases as our evidence has been iron clad.
The courses have been split into 3 parts

2. Inspections (25th May)
