How should I prepare before a breathwork session?

To get the most from your breathwork session, wear comfortable clothing and find a quiet, safe space where you won’t be disturbed. It’s best to avoid heavy meals and caffeine for a few hours beforehand. Do not consume alcohol or drugs 24h before. Come with an open mind.

Is breathwork safe?

Breathwork is a safe practice when done in a supportive environment. However, some breathwork styles, can lead to intense physical and emotional releases and are not suitable for everyone. If you have any neurological, psychiatric, or chronic health conditions please contact us before booking.

What will happen during breathwork session?

The facilitator will first explain the specific breathing technique you’ll be using and guide you through the practice. You’ll then be supported to breathe, allowing your body and mind to relax or energize depending on the style. there’s time for journaling and optional sharing.
