Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Many people suffer from anxiety and worry in everyday life. Often these negative states of mind are inhibiting and can lead to a lot of pain and suffering. During this half-day course you will learn, through meditation techniques, how to connect to your true potential. You will also explore methods, derived from Buddha's teachings, that will help you to let go of those anxious thoughts and feelings, leading to greater clarity of mind in the future.

All meditations are guided by an experienced meditation teacher.

No previous experience is needed - everyone is welcome!
