Learn to Ride - adult

About this event

These lessons are for complete beginners who would like to start from scratch, learning to set off and pedal a bicycle.

We use an indoor track with all equipment provided. Our experienced instructor will guide you step by step, from getting on and off, to bike handling and balance.

The professional trainer will work with you to assess your needs and to get you up and running in a friendly, stress-free manner, at your pace.

The lessons are delivered in a traffic-free environment and you can attend as many as you like, but places are limited to three students per session, so please book.

Please be sure to cancel any booking you aren't going to use in order to enable others to prevent our charity losing income and depriving others of a place.
