Over three immersive days, you’ll explore the fundamental principles and practices of gong and sound therapy - including hands-on training with gongs, singing bowls, and therapeutic percussion, alongside energy system awareness, space holding, and intuitive playing.

You’ll learn how to safely and confidently begin offering short sound journeys, understand how sound impacts the nervous system and subtle energy field, and develop your own connection to the instruments.

This course also includes a full guided sound bath, intuitive practice sessions, and plenty of personal feedback in a small-group setting.
