FareShare is a UK wide charity fighting hunger and food waste. We redistribute surplus food to frontline charities and community groups that support vulnerable people. Everyone who works within a food environment has a special responsibility for safe-guarding the health of the consumers. This course covers the things you need to do to ensure that the food you make, serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat. All principles covered in the course are based on thorough scientific research, operational experience and legal requirements.
