This is a Level 2 Food Hygiene Course which will cover a range of topics including food hygiene, pest control, temperature control, legislation and cleaning and disinfection.
This course is suitable for all food handlers who wish to gain a basic knowledge or staff who are returning to work after a period of absence.
The fee includes course literature, examination fee and certificate upon successful completion of the course and exam. The exam is sat straight after the course on the same day within the classroom setting under exam conditions.
