This Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF) is an introductory qualification for those new to training and teaching and will help to develop skills and knowledge to support the teaching of adults.
- Roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
- Understanding and using inclusive learning approaches in education
- Understanding the principles of assessment
The training course is delivered through a mixture of workshops, micro-teaching sessions, taught sessions and independent learning. Candidates are assessed on evidence generated by written assignments, a 15 minute micro teaching session and reflective practices.
Course starts on Thursday 12th January 2017 from 1.00pm – 4.00pm and sessions are 3 hours per week over 12 weeks
Cost: £300 per person
All potential students are interviewed to ensure the suitability of the course for them and are required to undertake an initial assessment of their individual needs with respect to the minimum core of language, literacy, numeracy and ICT.
