Eligibility
This course is available for individuals that wish to gain the knowledge and confidence to deal with incidents occurring in the workplace.
This course is funded by the European Social Fund and to access this course the following eligibility criteria must be met:
• You must be in employment (including self employment)
• Have the Right to Live and Work in the UK
• Be able to provide evidence of the above (e.g. passport/driving licence/birth certificate & payslip/employment confirmation from your employer
