This level 3 session will discuss:
Understanding safeguarding and its wider contexts, after today's session you will be able to:
•Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns using a Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) approach, ensuring it is outcome focused
•Understand Professional Curiosity and how it can be used effectively
•Identify and manage risks in adult safeguarding in line with SPB guidance
•Understand the importance of gathering appropriate information
•Examine added Categories of abuse (Self neglect, modern slavery, romance fraud) including pressure ulcer
•Share information about adults at risk appropriately
