HABC Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety

This course has been designed for managers, owners and senior chefs in food businesses.

It provides the skills and knowledge to help you formulate, implement and manage a food safety policy. It also gives you the confidence to improve the food safety culture of your business by ensuring food is produced safely and systems are in place to meet your legal requirement.

The course syllabus covers food safety in depth, including looking at HACCP, food safety legislation and food safety culture.

The course takes place over 5 days, i.e. 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th and 31st October 2017 with the exam taking place on the 6th November 2017.
