A re you an aspiring Project Manager? You can achieve your dream whilst continuing to earn a living with the Level 4 Project Management Higher Apprenticeship. This fully-funded programme will enable you to learn business critical project management skills whilst working on live projects for your organisation.
Whether you are preparing for a promotion in your current role, or ready to switch your career pathway, the Level 4 Project Management Higher Apprenticeship, allows you to achieve this whilst having the security paid employment.
A n apprenticeship is a tripartite agreement between you, your employer and us (your training provider). You must ensure that your employer is willing to support you to complete your apprenticeship. They will need to give you relevant projects and tasks to work on, and allow you the time to complete your qualification. The Level 4 Project Management Higher Apprenticeship is fully-funded for individuals and employers based in Wales.

E ntry Requirements
This programme is for people who are employed or self-employed and ready to upskill and progress within their current role or switch to a new role within their organisation.
P rogression
A fter completing this apprenticeship you can complete a Degree Apprenticeship in Data Analytics in an accelerated timeframe.
Qualification
You will achieve a Level 4 Diploma in Project Management (equivalent to HNC or first year of degree). The Diploma can be transferred into a full degree programme after completion via the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.
F ees & Funding
Apprenticeships are fully funded. Your employer must commit to giving you the time to complete your training.
Application Process
Once we receive your initial expression of interest through Eventbrite, a member of the team will call you within 2 working days to assess your eligibility and support you to complete a full application to secure your space on the programme.
You will need to provide evidence of your eligibility so that it can be verified by Welsh Government. The application process can take 3-5 days so long as you provide the correct evidence on time.

Frequently asked questions
Register your interest by signing up on Eventbrite. A member of the team will contact you by telephone within 2 working days to assess your eligibility for the Project Management Apprenticeship. If deemed eligible, you will be required to complete a 10min application form to secure your place.
You may be eligible for full funding if you live in Wales. You will need to be able to prove your Welsh residential address and Right to Work in the UK. You can check your eligibility at https://rb.gy/5ti9c
You could have your application approved within the same day so long as respond to our communications. If you work full-time or have limited availability, please allow 5 working days for your application to be completed and reviewed.
You can catch a train to Cardiff Bay Rail Station, or a bus to Bute Street - it's a 1 min walk to the venue. There is also Pay & Display parking onsite at Delivery Venue if you choose to travel by car.
It may be possible to get financial support towards travel and childcare costs. You must be able to evidence a financial need and you will have to provide receipts for all expenses. Funding is limited so you should apply as soon as possible if you meet the criteria.
If you are not eligible for funding you may be offered alternative training programmes for which you may be eligible. If this is not possible, you may be offered the training in exchange for a tuition fee. Bitesize payments are available.
You will have the option to complete a recognised qualification in Project Management. You must attend the sessions and complete any assignments or projects as requested by your tutor.
This programme is available in a hybrid format. You must agree with your Tutor in advance of sessions, when you plan to attend in person and online. Some sessions may require you to attend in person unless that is not possible.
You should notify us as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend the programme delivery dates. We will endeavour to secure you a place on the next available programme. You may not be given another place if you cancel at short notice (within 72 hours).
