Please join us for our Senior People Professional Apprenticeship Information session. This virtual meeting will be hosted by the University’s Degree Apprenticeship team and the Academic team from the University of Exeter Business School who will be delivering the programme. The session will provide an opportunity to learn more about what an apprenticeship is, to gain an overview of the programme and to ask any questions.

The Senior People Professional Apprenticeship at University of Exeter offers specialisation in Human Resources (HR), Organisation Development (OD) and Learning and Development (L&D), allowing you to improve practices in your organisation, driving performance and effectiveness. You will build a team championing the people agenda, creating working environments and cultures that help get the best out of your workforce, delivering great organisational outcomes.

Equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed within senior HR/L&D/OD management, this apprenticeship aligns with the professional recognition of CIPD for Chartered Member. The programme builds on the very latest research evidence and experience of people management in practice. It enables participants to emerge with a rounded skill set, encompassing all facets of the employee lifecycle. Participants will engage in work-relevant assessment designed to generate strong professional impact, whilst focusing on the role played by HR/L&D/OD management functions in setting and achieving organisational strategy.

The next intake of the Level 7 Senior People Professional Apprenticeship programme at the University of Exeter will start in November 2024.
