Business Planning Workshop 2017
Plan your Business ... Plan for Profit ... Plan your Success in 2017
It is that time of the year when thoughts turn inevitably to the New Year and your business fortunes in 2017 ...
So how does your business plan shape up so far ? Well, if you think you would like to get a jump start for next year, then to help focus your thinking and to help you create your business plan for 2017, then our annual Level Up Business Planning Workshop on Wednesday 7th December might be just what you're looking for.
In the company of around 40 other like-minded local businesses again this year at the gorgeous Dillington House Conference Centre near Ilminster, you will be guided through the process of writing your winning plan for the next 12 months – setting clear goals and targets, generating many ideas of how to achieve those goals, and finally prioritising them in a Plan which you and your team can get working on right away.
The day starts from 8.30, with the workshop itself running from 9am – 5.30pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the day.
The Planning Workshop costs just £295 + VAT for you to attend.
For Level Up Business Clients on an ongoing Mentor, Ontrack or Momentum Programme, you are entitled to one FREE place at the workshop.
For Kickstart Programme clients, your first place will cost just £95+VAT.
You are more than welcome to bring up to 2 others from your team, as we often find that planning as a team improves the output and the buy-in to the plan. The cost for additional places for all businesses attending is just £75+VAT per person.
If you register your full-priced place by Friday 11th November, you can benefit from an Early-Bird discount of £50+VAT on the total cost of your booking.*
To book in, simply register your place(s) from this page. No need to pay anything now, we will sort the rest out for you nearer the time.
Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=UUKmuYJjb3Xl5uKyof0itJUw&v=3EwDUBbJYxo&feature=player_detailpage to watch a short video to give you a flavour of what's involved...(albeit a couple of years ago!)
(* The Early Bird discount applies to full priced places only. The Early Bird discount is not available alongside any other discounts)
And here's what some of our 40+ attendees had to say about it last year ...
“Great day, good mix of presentation & interaction of group, I found it particularly good in bringing my focus back to what is important in the business, why we are doing this, definitely got the cogs moving..thank you for a great day”
“As usual an excellent day and focuses the mind on setting the necessary goals for the coming year”
“I thought the planning day was hugely beneficial. It is definitely easier and more coherent doing the planning day for a second time! I felt slightly overwhelmed last year, but this time I felt more organised and in control and this resulted in a very productive day”
“A thoroughly enjoyable day for focussing and reflecting on my business... good sharing atmosphere. Well organised and well structured day. Thank you.” “
I thought it was an excellent day with a wide range of attendees and a very knowledgeable host! The structure was very good and at no time did it feel over-whelming. All in all a very enjoyable day and very thought provoking.”
“The planning day gave us an opportunity to evaluate our strategic direction and check our plans. The day sparked a number of BFOs which we wouldn't have had working in our business rather than working on our business. Graeme Crosbie is the tallest most genial Scotsman I know in Somerset. Enough said?”
“The best £300 I have invested in my business all year”
