Can I bring my young child?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring young children! Under 3s go free, however, any child requiring a seat of their own will need a ticket.

Where should I park?

The car park on site is a small cobbled area to the front of the school, accessed via the shared entrance with Cirencester College, and a large area next to the playing fields, accessed via the entrance closer to the Royal Agricultural University. All are free of charge.

Do I need have a physical ticket

No, please bring the e-ticket with the QR code for us to scan for entry.

Will there be an interval?

Yes, we will have a 10 minute interval half way through the showcase.

Is smoking permitted outside the venue?

Accepted Answer

No, Deer Park school is a smoke free site. Smoking and vaping should be done outside the school entrance.

Will there be refreshments?

Yes! We will have the lovely Cotswold Ice Cream Co (owner of Pudney Pie Cafe) selling a range of sweet treats & drinks throughout the showcase.

Can be take photos and videos?

Photos and videos are permitted as long as there is no flash, however we will have an on-site photographer capturing some action shots which will be available to buy at a later date.

Is the entrance accessible for those with disabilities?

Yes, the entrance is fully accessible for all. Please let me know in advance if you have any additional needs that need catering for.

How long is the show?

The showcase will last for roughly 2 hours with a 10 minute interval halfway through.
