Black artists are navigating deep uncertainty—economic and institutional instability, and emotional exhaustion. How can we, as Black cultural leaders, meet this moment with purpose and power?
Join us for an interactive online workshop, designed specifically for Black curators, funders, organisers, educators, and cultural workers who want to strengthen their ability to support artists during times of precarity. There will be some time for networking.
In this 90-minute session, we will:
- Listen to a short presentation
- Discuss strategies for immediate and long-term artist support
- Engage in reflective practice and begin an action plan
- Network
This is a space to get clear, get practical, and move with intention. Whether you work within institutions or at the grassroots, your leadership matters.
