Lewisham face-to-face PLT: Non-Clinical and Non-Patient Contact Staff

This PLT will commence at 12.30pm with a sandwich lunch and networking.

At 1.30pm we will split into separate sessions. This session is for Administrators and those that are not working directly in a Patient-facing/contact role.

You play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running for practices – from coding digital patient records, managing incoming letters, arranging follow-up appointments, and so much more behind the scenes.
