Come and join us in a forum that brings experts to you in Lewisham, to give you impartial,unbiased information about your health concerns. All events take place in Lewisham Library.

These sessions which were launched in 2017, cover a wide range of topics including Mental Health, Recovering from Sports Injuries, Diabetes, Haircare for Afro Hair, obestity and more. You can find recordings of our previous health talks on our YouTube channel or some health reading lists on our blog.

The Summer 2019 series of health talks is here again, with another informative series of events. We look forward to seeing you there.


Parkinson's Disease
Jane Cullen

Jane Cullen is an exercise expert working with those suffering from Parkinson's disease. This inspired her recent novel "Say that again" which highlights the hidden symptoms of the disease and how it can impact life. This talk is sure to be an excellent discussion around aspects of Parkinson's disease that we may never have considered and will be fascinating to hear the work Jane has achieved off the back of an extraordinary book.
