Event description

Description

A hilarious version of La Cage Aux Folles, is great fun, with the comic geniuses of Robin Williams and Nathan Lane. Lane is Albert, a drag performer who has lived for years with Armand, owner of The Birdcage, where Albert performs. Armand has a son, who wants to marry the daughter of a conservative politician. In order for that to occur, they have to ‘de-gay’ their lives. Rated 15, contains some strong language.

The film will be shown in the Regalette, a 40 seater cinema housed in the Weaver Hall Museum in Northwich. The Museum is open from 2.00pm with refreshments available and the screening will start at 2.30pm with a run time of approx 2 hours.
