What tactics can non-league clubs use to develop a positive inclusive environment at their club? What should be in place to ensure LGBT+ fans can be confident to attend? This interactive workshop will give non-league clubs the understanding of issues facing LGBT+ football fans, staff and other potential stakeholders. It will include practical steps to promote inclusion within facilities and to develop an inclusive environment long term.

This session is open to all non league clubs. This workshop will be limited to 25 participants as it will contain interactive opportunities to explore key themes further.
