LGBTQ+ Artist Workshop
Event Information
About this event
Join us for another free to attend LGBTQ+ artist workshop. Each event is completely free to attend and includes all of the resources and knowledge! The event is open to LGBTQ+ people aged from 12 and upwards with a youth worker available to support any under 18's who do attend (Under 16's will need to have a signed parental consent form OR be accompanied by an adult aged over 18).
This event is completely free to attend but does include an optional donation to support Blossom LGBT CIC's work in providing social spaces & life skill classes to LGBTQ+ young adults. If you do choose to donate EventBrite automatically adds a small processing fee - We're sorry about this.
In previous workshops we've focused on different media such as a making collages and painting! We'll explore a brand new art style in this coming up event which will be announced closer to the time. We will also begin working towards an art exhibition in the new year.
Art is considered to be a leading form of mindfulness and is a great way to improve your general wellbeing. We combine this fantastic skill with LGBTQ+ identities to provide a safe space to allow you to explore and express your identity in a supportive environment.
