This event
We're very excited to announce we'll be joined by Lucy who will be on hand to do alterations and adjustments, and Charlotte who is a stylist at https://www.transformedstyling.com/ there will be no cost for either service but you are welcome to make a financial donation if you'd like.
Charlotte will be on hand to help with things like dressing for your body type.
If you like the pattern but the fit isn't quite right, Lucy will be able to tweak clothes while you wait.
You'll be able to drop off clothes from 3, but we won't allow anyone in to swap from 3:40 to ensure everything is set up. The bar will be open as normal during the event.
There will be a changing room and a mirror.
You can find us in the back room.
We try to recycle clothes where possible, but we would really appreciate it if you could check that donations are clean and in good condition (i.e. not bobbled, ripped or stained).
If you don't have clothes to swap but you want to take clothes, that's fine! We'll be taking financial donations to Trans Support Hub CIC, which helps us keep these events free for those who can't afford an entry fee.
We've already got plenty of donations from our previous events, so whether you arrive at the start or the end of the event we'll have items to choose from.
Where possible, we try to provide more specialist trans-related items, such as binders and chest enhancers. If you've got any, we'd really appreciate it as they don't stay with us for long.

Why Clothes Swaps?
Clothes swaps are a great way to explore your style, help others and save clothes from going to landfill.
Why have we started charging for tickets?
The clothes you bring are to swap with other people and you can take clothes in exchange. Although we run a Vinted store, it is not enough to fund the running of our events.
About us
We've been putting these events on since July 2022, and it's been heartwarming to see so many people exploring their style, their gender, or just revamping their wardrobe for something fresh.
We'll be taking pictures to promote the work we do and future events. Please let us know on arrival if you don't want us to take your picture.
