About Astrid
Astrid (she/they) is a trauma-informed somatic and holistic therapist with over 8 years’ experience in body-based healing, Reiki, and shamanic practices. As a queer, neurodivergent, and disabled practitioner, she’s passionate about creating inclusive, accessible, and affirming spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, find safety, and feel supported. Astrid weaves together somatic practices, meditation, and gentle self-reflection to guide communities into deeper connection with themselves and one another.
Meditation & Journaling with Astrid
Astrid will guide a gentle meditation with somatic elements, inviting you to connect with your body and the themes of the full moon—letting go, surrender, and welcoming what’s ahead. This will be followed by accessible journaling prompts designed to support self-reflection, self-love, and clarity. No meditation or journaling experience is needed—just an openness to explore in a way that feels supportive for you.
Teacher bio:
Jasmine is a queer yoga teacher and retreat facilitator with over eight years of teaching experience and a personal practice spanning two decades. She specialises in accessible, inclusive approaches that honour diverse bodies, lived experiences, and needs around rest and movement. Living with chronic illness, hypermobility, and neurodivergence, she knows firsthand the barriers of navigating wellness spaces and is committed to creating safer, more welcoming alternatives. Through retreats, workshops, and 1-1s, Jasmine offers a soft place to land, and holds an intentional, caring space.
Yoga class bio:
Gentle, accessible yoga with options for wheelchair users and full chair-based practice if needed. Sessions blend breath awareness, slow movement, and relaxation to soften, unwind and create space to connect with your body.
We look forward to welcoming you into this gentle, affirming space.
With warmth,
Astrid & Jas
