About this event

In this session, you’ll explore gentle Pilates-based exercises designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, stability, and control. Using small equipment such as balls, Dynabands, and other supportive tools, exercises will be tailored to suit individual access needs.

If you’re neurodivergent, this article offers helpful guidelines that may be relevant to your experience.

Mats and equipment are provided in the studio, and music is typically played (volume can be adjusted based on participants’ preferences).

These sessions focus on creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere while improving body awareness, strength, and mobility.

LLCC is proud to offer our sessions for free. This is because we receive funding to host sessions and events specifically for people who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ Community. Allies of the LGBTQ+ Community are encouraged to promote our sessions to LGBTQ+ friends, service users and colleagues
