Is this event suitable for beginners?

Yes! Whether this is your first time at a pilates class or you practice regularly, this is a space for you.

Will mats be provided?

Yes, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Can this session be modified if I have an access requirement?

Yes! At the beginning of the session, folks will be asked about any requirements or injuries so the session can be adapted accordingly. You can also contact the Centre beforehand to share any support you may need at hello@londonlgbtqcentre.org.

How long will we be moving for?

There will be approximately 50 minutes of consistent movement (warm up, main phase and closing stretches). Modifications are offered with each exercise to make them accessible to all. Folks are encouraged to select the level of movement that is right for them.
